Design & Development

The sample development includes six standard steps: CAD 3D modeling, 3D wax printing, casting, polishing & stone setting, plating & finishing, sample review & revision. We adjust details according to your feedback until the sample is approved for mass production.

CAD 3D Modeling

We create precise 3D models based on your design sketches or references. All dimensions, structures and stone layouts are confirmed with you before proceeding

3D Wax Printing

The approved CAD file is printed into a high-precision wax prototype. It faithfully restores every detail of the jewelry design for casting.

Casting

We cast metal blanks from the wax model using lost-wax casting technology, forming the basic metal body of your jewelry.

Polishing & Stone Setting

Craftsmen trim, smooth and polish the metal surface, then securely set stones following the 3D design requirements.

Plating & Finishing

Surface treatment including gold plating, rhodium plating, enamel or matte finish is applied to achieve your target color and texture.

Sample Review & Revision

The finished sample is sent for your evaluation. We adjust details and remake samples as requested until you give final approval.
